Customers from the UK or EU should not have to pay any additional tax or duty after they complete checkout Northern Ireland remains in the EU customs Union due to the Northern Ireland Protocol

All of our refrigeration products have the option to add an ice pack free of charge on the product page. If you do not add an ice pack however, your products can be out of the fridge for up to 7 days in extreme heat with no loss of potency. Specific information for each item can be found on the product page.

We cannot recommend the use of any of the products on children apart from those specifically formulated for them. Please consult your healthcare practitioner in regards to any other supplements.

Please wait the expected amount of time before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived. For example Royal Mail 48 is a 2-3 day service. Do not include the weekend in this estimate.

For FedEx, please use your tracking as a guide and if your order is not moving then please contact us for assistance if there is no further information available.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday before 2pm. WE do not ship on Bank holidays or Royal Mail non service days. Please take this into account when ordering.

 

NOTE - If your order is placed after 2pm it may still be shipped if we have time before the postal collection 

Some products have a manufacturing date printed on them (“MFG” followed by a date). Although the product may not have an expiration date, it is recommended to replace the product two -three years after the printed manufacturing date depending on the product.

All products should have storage guidelines printed on the label. We add an additional label to products that either must be stored in the fridge upon receipt, upon opening or for a better shelf life to make this more apparent.

Yes, we ship globally with the exception of Canada, Norway, Russia and Ukraine

Shipping options for all other countries will be available at checkout
