1. Apply a generous amount of Hydrating Ceramide Cream onto clean fingers.
2. Gently massage into face and neck to soothe dryness, comfort skin, and seal in moisture.

There is a small amount of tamanu, which is a nut butter, in the Hydrating Ceramide Cream. Since the product is being used topically and not ingested most people should not experience an issue. However, we recommend testing the product on the inside of your arm. Please consult your physician with any additional concerns prior to use.
