Regenerative & protective ingredients 

• Astragaloside IV extract (Astragalus membranaceous root) is shown to help reduce oxidative stress in renal tubular cells, protect podocytes from damage (damaged podocytes are a hallmark of kidney disease), and have a protective and regenerative effect on the kidneys by upregulating the Klotho pathway. 
• Ferulic acid is an antioxidant phytochemical found in various fruits and vegetables. It’s found to combat oxidative damage, inflammation, and damaging levels of autophagy in the kidneys. 

Draining ingredients 

• Dandelion leaf extract is considered an anti-toxin herb. It acts as a diuretic and can support kidney drainage. This extract is rich in phytochemicals including β-sitosterol, α-amyrin, stigmasterol, quercetin glycosides, chicoric acid, and sesquiterpene lactones. 
• Goldenrod extract (Solidago aerial parts) can support drainage through diuretic activity. It’s historically used for kidney stones, UTIs, and overactive bladder. It contains quercetin. 
• Fu Ling (Poria cocos) sclerotium extract is an eastern medicine fungus that grows around the roots of pine trees. It acts as a diuretic and is shown to have kidney protective and reparative properties. 
• Zhu Ling (Polyporus umbellatus) fruiting body extract comes from edible mushroom spices that grow on old beech or oak trees. In traditional Chinese medicine, it’s used to address urinary and kidney dysfunction. It’s a diuretic that is shown to regulate transmembrane proteins that act as molecular water channels in the kidneys. This extract may also protect against kidney injury and fibrosis by regulating fatty acyl metabolism.
• Citrus and juniper berry essential oils are diuretics. 

Nurturing ingredient 

• He Shou Wu (Fo-ti) root extract is a big tuberous root with tonifying and kidney protective properties. It can support the liver, kidneys, and blood.

SUGGESTED USE:
